It’s clean, location is really good!
It is very small and you don’t really have any privacy.. it feels like someone always hear you because it’s a small apartment with two bedrooms rented out separately. I didn’t know this from the beginning — I thought it was a hotel room..
There was a major problem with the sewage system — a terrible smell was coming from the bathroom even when the door was closed. We couldn’t sleep because of it.

This apartment has a really good location, near metro Municipio and Alibus to the airport. Also, a lot of good restaurants, gallery of Umberto and castles.
Apartment has all necessary facilities for staying. Also, stuff are really kind, friendly people.
One moment which we had - problems with self check in, lock was broken and door haven’t opened. Stuff helped us to unlock this door, but, unfortunately they didn’t check this door before, but they helped us and really apologized many times.

Прибирання взагалі не входить у вартість. При бронюванні ми оплачували додатково за прибирання, а виявилось це щоб прибрали до нашого прибуття та після. Тобто, якщо ми не платимо то ви пропонуєте гостям брудні номери? Взагалі тоді виносити це як окрема оплата?
