Very relaxing stay. Place is dated (who cares), but it serves it purpose to allow me to be near a quietish beach, & still come "home" at night with my family. A few touch ups & a deeper clean & this rates a 5. Had a blast with my teenage boys.

Gave us the space we needed, could use some new mattresses, beds not real comfortable for 7 retirees. Well supplied with everything we needed.
