REFRESHED home on the water, this 2,200 square foot water-front home in beautiful Cape Coral of Southwest Florida. Fully furnished 4-bedroom home with 2 full bathrooms. Offering 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 1 full bed. The spacious kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances is great for entertaining your family and friends. You can enjoy the beautiful views of the water from the master bedroom or relaxing in the heated pool and hot tub. The pool area is fully screened and is furnished with a dining table and chairs. You can relax by the pool in lounge chairs or enjoy an evening next to our fire pit on the dock.
The saltwater canal and surrounding area is the home of wildlife. You can enjoy this right from the dock and even catch your own dinner with the included fishing poles or enjoy a nice boat ride or fishing trip through the canals to Caloosahatchee River and to the Gulf of Mexico. We are near Cape Harbor where you can rent a boat and dock it right in the backyard on the available boat lift. Cape Coral is home of over 400 miles of canals to accommodate your boating, fishing and water activities. With sunshine and average temperatures in mid-70's.
You can spend your day at the pool, beach, tennis, golf, downtown farmers market, Miromar and Tanger Outlet mall, shopping at Coconut Pointe, theatre at Barbara B. Mann or the parks of southwest Florida. There are many fine-dining restaurants located throughout the area or we are within an hour from the beaches and island activities found on Sanibel and Captiva Island. There are several beaches in area from Fort Myers, Naples, Sanibel and Captiva Island. You are only a short distance from Disney World, Universal Studio, Busch Gardens and SeaWorld theme parks and about 5.5 hours from Key West.
Perfectly situated on a quiet wide canal, you will quickly find that this home’s location is unbeatable! Cape Coral, the Venice of America, is crossed with canals with a total length 300+ miles in which fish and turtles play, water birds of all types, dolphins, and even a few manatees come by! From Cape Coral, you can reach all of tourist highlights of southwest. There is no better home base for a great Florida holiday. Cape Coral it is quiet and peaceful. Cape Coral has the lowest crime rate in comparable cities in all of USA.

This house was exceptional! It is beautiful inside and out with gorgeous landscaping and a wonderful pool. We just spent the past week here recouping from two graduations, just getting away as a family. The weather was rather rainy but we could not have stayed at a better place. Our group consisted of 6 adults but the house is very spacious,the perfect place to relax at. When we did get out everything was within reasonable driving distance. The neighborhood it is located in is just as lovely. The owners were wonderful to work with and easy to communicate with! My family and I would highly recommend staying here!

Stayed in a lot of rentals before. This is the best we’ve stayed at for many reasons. The house is extremely nice, well furnished and made to look like a getaway home, which I would think the host does from time to time. Little things, like having tons of towels and an absurdly respectable spice cabinet for seasoning local caught and bought seafood. I know that sounds silly but I was seriously impressed with that. Tons of natural light everyone in the house and the exterior is even nicer than the pictures show. Tara was incredibly flexible with out flight schedule and that will always be very much appreciated. I think we did our research well on this but we also just got lucky to find such a nice place with a great host.
