The saltwater canal and surrounding area is the home of wildlife. You can enjoy this right from the dock and even catch your own dinner with the included fishing poles or enjoy a nice boat ride or fishing trip through the canals to Caloosahatchee River and to the Gulf of Mexico. We are near Cape Harbor where you can rent a boat and dock it right in the backyard on the available boat lift. Cape Coral is home of over 400 miles of canals to accommodate your boating, fishing and water activities. With sunshine and average temperatures in mid-70's.
You can spend your day at the pool, beach, tennis, golf, downtown farmers market, Miromar and Tanger Outlet mall, shopping at Coconut Pointe, theatre at Barbara B. Mann or the parks of southwest Florida. There are many fine-dining restaurants located throughout the area or we are within an hour from the beaches and island activities found on Sanibel and Captiva Island. There are several beaches in area from Fort Myers, Naples, Sanibel and Captiva Island. You are only a short distance from Disney World, Universal Studio, Busch Gardens and SeaWorld theme parks and about 5.5 hours from Key West.
Perfectly situated on a quiet wide canal, you will quickly find that this home’s location is unbeatable! Cape Coral, the Venice of America, is crossed with canals with a total length 300+ miles in which fish and turtles play, water birds of all types, dolphins, and even a few manatees come by! The use of the pool heater will be $25 per day from November-February. This will be a separate charge at the guest request prior to arrival
