La vicinanza al mare e ai servizi (rosticceria, supermercato e negozio di alimenti locali). La piscina non è stata utilizzata in quanto a 100 metri c’è la baia di Palau completamente gratuita e grande

Ontvangst was hartelijk. Woning netjes in orde en voorzien van alle essentiële benodigdheden. Airco was absolute plus. Twee badkamers waren ook handig voor ons gezin. Te voet naar de zee of naar het centrum. Veilige en rustige buurt. Absolute aanrader.
Zwembadregels waren best aan de strenge kant. Maar daar kan de eigenaar niets aan doen.

Locatie was prima.
Parkeren was lastig.
Als je de foto’s bekijkt lijkt het dat je meteen aan het zwembad zit met het terras, maar dat is helaas niet zo. Terras ligt aan de straatkant. Je moet nog een stukje lopen voor het zwembad, niet ver hoor, maar vond het wel jammer.

Nice location, near beach, supermarket and short walk to town. Great size, well equipped, nice outside private space, and no through road parking off road a bonus.
Great all in all, only minor thing our very fashion conscious 13 year old had to wear a pool cap (have to wear one to swim) to go in the pool, so she refused 🤣. In fairness to the apartment not thier rules.
