The holiday home Mavi Primo Piano is located in Palau and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which is ensuite) and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.
This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space with a garden, covered terrace, and outdoor shower. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a barbecue.
The property is within walking distance of La Sciumara beach (500 m away). The town center is a 2-minute walk away, where guests can find restaurants, ice cream parlors, stalls, as well as various events. Ferries to La Maddalena leave from the port every 30 min, as well as boat or motorboat excursions around the archipelago to suit all tastes and budgets. It is a wonderful place and a great base to move between Gallura, the Costa Smeralda and the archipelago of La Maddalena or simply spend a week in total relaxation forgetting the car. For water sports lovers, the property is 6 km from Porto Pollo - Isola dei Gabbiani, famous for being the home of surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and all sailing sports. In this spot, the most romantic guests will find here the opportunity to enjoy a suggestive sunset while savoring a delicious aperitif on the sand.

The host Maria (and her Family) is very friendly, hospitable and quick in her respons. The apartment is new, with a nice terrace and good furnitured bathrooms (rain-showers). It is close to the supermarket, 200m, and only 5 minutes walking-distance to the center of Palau. Palau has very nice shops and restaurants. Also in the evening is Palau a nice place to visit and to enjoy the Italian night-life. The Harbour of Palau is here situated as well. From there it is easy to reach La Maddalena. By car you can reach the many nice and relaxing beaches, and the sea-water is like Caribbean-style. We enjoyed staying here.

Pros: This home is amazing! Brand-new with many beautiful little touches that made The stay so very comfortable! It’s a very spacious home. The outdoor deck and alfresco area are a bonus. It is in a fabulous location that is in the centre of everything, easy to walk to the supermarket, the beach, the centre of town, parking on site. Maria was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was so helpful and accommodating and gave us many good recommendations. Check in was very simple. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I was to return!
Cons: Holidu we’re difficult to communicate with prior to my arrival, I could not manage to contact them via phone even after several attempts. And they were very delayed to respond to emails. the host Maria however was very responsive.
