Beautiful and peaceful stay above Grasse.

Quiet and well kept. Sabrina and Camille were very accommodating and allowed us to check in a little early. Rooms/suites spacious with artsy vibe.

It was a little scary for us to drive our big rental van up the hill in those tiny alleys but we soon got the hang of it.

A charming and comfortable stay with lovely amenities, a peaceful garden and pool

The room was beautiful, spotless, and tastefully decorated. Air conditioning in every room was a huge plus during the summer heat. The bed was very comfortable, and having two bathrooms felt like a real luxury for a family. A fridge in the room was handy, especially since we prepared a few meals in the shared kitchen. The terrace was lovely, overlooking a beautiful garden and a pool that’s perfect for relaxing—bonus points for the deeper end of the pool! Breakfast was classically French: coffee or tea, croissants, jam, and baguettes. If you prefer healthier options, it’s a good idea to bring a few extras. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed ourselves. The Wi-Fi worked well too!

Just a heads-up: remember to bring your own pool towels—we didn’t realize this in advance. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms when we arrived, but it was quickly provided upon request. If you’re planning to walk to Grasse, be prepared for a bit of a workout: a steep 10-minute uphill climb followed by a 5–8-minute descent (and the same in reverse on the way back). In the summer heat, it can get sweaty, so bring airy clothes and proper walking shoes—sandals aren’t ideal for the steep hill as they can be quite slippery. We did enjoy the walk, though :)

Fantastic hostess of the property with a personal touch and the customer in focus throughout. I cannot think of a better reception. The property was beautiful and it was obvious that pride and care was put into creating a fantastic customer experience. Anyone looking for an authentic French experience should look no further than

If you drive be prepared for navigating some narrow roads (but that is valid for all French villages). It is well with the effort though.

This is a little piece of paradise nestled in the hills above Cannes. The host Sabrina greeted us with a glass of wine and showed us around the beautiful garden and pool, the modern kitchen and living room. We relaxed completely in these wonderful surroundings.for a couple of days. Highly recommend and a good deal.

Bastide Aïna was wonderful! The Bastide is within walking distance of Grasse city centre but is completely quiet and peaceful. The pool is lovely and there are great views of the mountains. The gardens are well maintained. Sabrina was an excellent host - her breakfasts were a real highlight. Her dog was Fendi was another highlight! We hope to come back again some day and will definitely recommend the Bastide to friends and family.

We originally booked for 2 nights and stayed for 4 . Truly exceptional hospitality and a wonderful place . I would buy lots of the furniture and Sabrinas attention to detail is wonderful

Tranquil, well equipped and well laid out setting. The pool was amazing, and I really loved the choice of places to chill out. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. Bathrooms were clean and really well put together. It was great to have the pool room and lots of choices of places to sit and eat around the place. Location was great - an easy walk into Grasse. Sabrina was an excellent host - very helpful and friendly. She noticed our late arrival with 3 kids and helped us organise a food shopping delivery, including putting it all away in the fridge and cupboards, all so that the kids would be able to eat when we arrived and at breakfast. Top stay and highly recommend it.

The car park was a bit tight to get into with a van - but not a big problem.

This villa is really Amazing place to stay. It is surrounded by beautiful garden, very spacious pool and nice peaces of art. The rooms are very nicely designed, kitchen is modern and very well equipped. The area is very quiet and in walking distance to Grasse. It is not far to Cannes so can be combined with beach holiday.

Perfekte Lage und Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen.

Das Zimmer was klein, aber sauber. Sabrina, die Inhaberin, ganz lieb und freundlich. Anders als ich vermutet habe ist es ein Zimmer in einem provencalischem Haus, Bad auf dem Flur, gemeinsame Küche. Aber sehr sauber, ruhig und liebevoll.
