Amazing views, space and location

Amazing views and views in the centre of Grasse with everything you could wish for.

Make sure you understand the parking arrangements - the car park they use is very close and accessible but you do need to go up to the apartment first to get the car parking pass so takes a little organising otherwise you will end up paying for parking unnecessarily.

Location with beautiful view. Spacious with all facilities. Free parking right by the apartment.

Overall it's a lovely location and we had a pleasant stay with a few small things to improve on.

The apartment is very well-located and has beautiful views. It is clean and comfortable. And despite the central location it is actually very quiet.Perfect for us visiting Grass During Expo Rose.

Booking. Com page says someone will meet us at the door, but that is not the case, they send you a code. Ours was sent well over an hour after we arrived standing in the pouring rain.Trying to call multiple times. So the accommodation page needs an update for sure. And maybe send the code on the morning of arrival. There were no bin bags or instructions as to where we could dispose of our rubbish. There were also not enough toilet paper/ no dish sponge or enough cafe for 6 people. So the apartment could definitely be better stocked with the basics.

La ubicación muy buena y el apartamento muy amplio y cómodo.

Faltaban utensilios y productos de limpieza. La terraza superior estaba llena de arena y la mesa y sillas sucias. Faltaba más limpieza en general.

Très appréciable bien placé magnifique

Tout correspondait à la description sur booking et c'est appréciable. Dans une chambre il y une salle de bain et c'est top. Une propreté irréprochable. L'hôte est une gentillesse comme on souhaiterait avec tous. Je n'ai franchement rien à dire à part que je vous le conseil fortement. Alors si vous séjournez sur Grasse réservez cet hébergement vous ne serez pas déçu.

Une bonne soirée entre ami. Bien pour une nuit

Emplacement au top, très belle vue sur Grasse et la mer. Appartement agréable et bien meublé.

Beaucoup trop difficile d'accès si vous avez ne serait ce que mal au genoux, escalier escarpé et aucune chambre de plein pied. Pas de rampe pour monter à l'étage. Le dysfonctionnement du chauffage central est un moins.

Splendida vista

Casa molto bella e luminosa, spazi ampi e vivibili e una vista splendida. Fedele alle immagini proposte Trovandosi in un palazzo storico, l'appartamento é ovviamente sprovvisto di ascensore e le scale per raggiungere il terzo e ultimo piano sono strette e irregolari, ma se non si hanno problemi fisici particolari é assolutamente fattibile. La casa si trova in zona pedonale ma vicinissima al parcheggio per cui é messo a disposizione un posto auto gratuito compreso nella prenotazione. Un consiglio: aggiungere qualche pentola e cambiare l'aspirapolvere. Gradita la presenza di 2 lettini per bambini e di un seggiolone.

Peccato per l'host :(

La casa é bella, con ambienti molto vivibili e una vista magnifica. C'é tutto quello che serve (forse si potrebbe aggiungere qualche pentola e mettere un aspirapolvere più performante). La casa é in un palazzo storico quindi ovviamente senza ascensore e con scale un po' irregolari e strette ma se non si hanno problemi particolari non é un problema. Inoltre é situata in zona pedonale ma molto vicina al parcheggio per cui si dispone di un posto auto incluso.

Purtroppo il voto basso é dato da una scorrettezza dell'host :( Era stato concordato un rimborso parziale della cifra per una modifica alla prenotazione sul numero degli ospiti. La richiesta di modifica é stata fatta in tempo utile quando era ancora possibile cancellare gratuitamente la prenotazione e rifarla presso la stessa struttura a un altro prezzo (o in caso in un'altra). Ho atteso 11 giorni dopo il soggiorno per fare la recensione per dare occasione all'host di emettere il rimborso, che doveva già essere erogato all'inizio del soggiorno, ma purtroppo dopo qualche temporeggiamento, l'host (oltre a non aver provveduto al pagamento) ha smesso anche di rispondere e mi son dovuta rivolgere all'assistenza clienti di booking sperando in un intervento. Scema io a fidarmi ma molto scorretta l'host a non mantenere l'accordo preso (che poteva anche non essere proposto in primis se non le andava bene). In tutto ciò c'è stato anche un problema con la tessera del parcheggio gratuito per cui l'ultimo giorno il badge non ha funzionato e abbiamo dovuto pagare 17€ di parcheggio. La risposta é stata "ci spiace, se ripassate da qui vi offriamo una cioccolata"... Che in una situazione normale avremmo anche detto un "vabbè può capitare, ce la accolliamo" ma dopo questa situazione, fa girare ancora di più... oltre il danno la beffa. Ho dato 4 perché non volevo essere totalmente scorretta perché il soggiorno comunque é andato bene, ma la tentazione di dare 1 é stata forte.
