Appartement Duplex Le Mimosa Parking a proximité vue exceptionnelle

The location was excellent and the apartment was finished well and clean.

There is only air con downstairs. The bedrooms upstairs were boiling! Fans were provided but it was too hot to sleep up there comfortably in high summer.

Posizione splendida, appartamento bellissimo e ricco di piccole accortezze che rendono il soggiorno veramente piacevole. L’host è molto disponibile e reattivo nelle risposte.

Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel avec terrasse et balcon donnant une vue imprenable sur Grasse et la mer. Très propre et très bien équipé, bien situé dans la vieille ville et à 2 pas d’un parking couvert.

Grosses difficultés de communication avec les propriétaires. Message d’arrivée avec codes clés non envoyé, pas joignables. Heureusement que la commerçante d’en bas était là et qu’elle a eu la gentillesse de contacter la propriétaire sinon nous étions à la porte. Rentrés dans les lieux à 17h15 au lieu de 16h30! Il manquait des draps et linges de toilette pour 2 personnes. Signalé aux propriétaires qui ne nous ont jamais répondu…

The apartment is very well-located and has beautiful views. It is clean and comfortable. And despite the central location it is actually very quiet.Perfect for us visiting Grass During Expo Rose.

Booking. Com page says someone will meet us at the door, but that is not the case, they send you a code. Ours was sent well over an hour after we arrived standing in the pouring rain.Trying to call multiple times. So the accommodation page needs an update for sure. And maybe send the code on the morning of arrival. There were no bin bags or instructions as to where we could dispose of our rubbish. There were also not enough toilet paper/ no dish sponge or enough cafe for 6 people. So the apartment could definitely be better stocked with the basics.
