Jacob&Roy were exceptionally nice and welcoming. The location is beautiful near the canal, close to everything. For a short stay it was perfect.
If you are sensitive sleeper, then you will definitelly need earplugs, because you can hear everything from outside.

Amazing location right on the Prinsengracht canal, super central and walkable to museums, cafés and pretty much everything. Cozy, charming “Amsterdam canal house” vibe, friendly staff. Also felt really comfortable, with amenities you’d expect from a good hotel, good shower, solid Wi-Fi, and the little in-room basics that make a stay easy.

The location of the apartment was perfect. I was able to walk to all the attractions with no trouble. The walk to Centraal Station was around 25 minutes. The apartment is close to public transport.
I missed the electronic goods I am used to having when staying away from home. For example, I missed a toaster and microwave and free to air TV. Also, please be aware that, even though the property is called Prinsengracht Museum Bed and Breakfast, breakfast is not provided.
