Puerto Marina luxury apartment with sea views

Fantastic apartment. Excellent location. Excellent communication from the host. I had a 6 night stay and it had everything I needed. Kitchen for cooking with all the required utensils. Bed was great. It was very clean, tidy, comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment during our family summer holiday. The space was very generous and perfectly suited to our needs. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the apartment had everything we needed to feel right at home. The view was absolutely stunning and definitely one of the highlights of our stay! The location was also ideal, with shops, restaurants, and attractions all within easy walking distance. A special thank you to Nieves, who managed the apartment. Very helpful and provided 24/7 support throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality.

Very centrally located in the interesting marina, large apartment on the 2sc floor, very spacious, the sleeping room on the north side (cold enough), 2 bath rooms, 1 large balcony with separate brick shaded place plus 1 terrace on the 3rd floor on the roof, nice view. Sehr zentral in der interessanten Marina gelegen, große Wohnung, sehr geräumig, 2 Badezimmer, 1 Terrasse auf dem Dach 1 Etage höher plus 1 großer Balkon mit separat gemauertem Schattenplatz, im 2. Stockwerk, schöne Aussicht.

At the handover dirty dishes in the dishwasher, only 1 teaspoon, only one kitchen towel (both were delivered after 3 days), sharp kitchen knives were missing, upholstery of the balcony/terrace furniture slightly dirty, no reading light - because only one halogen reading lamp, in which the bulbs were defective, only one technically unsuitable saving bulb was delivered after 4 days, in total no good service. The upper terrace from noon, the balcony from late afternoon: strong odour nuisance from restaurants below, almost every night until 3 o'clock loud party noises from guests of the restaurants below. Bei der Übergabe schmutziges Geschirr im Geschirrspüler, Teelöffel, scharfe Küchenmesser fehlten, nur ein Küchenhandtuch (beides wurde nach 3 Tagen nachgeliefert), Polster der Balkon-/Terrassen-Möbel leicht verschmutzt, kein Leselicht, da nur eine Halogen-Leselampe, bei der die Birnen defekt waren, wurde nicht behoben bzw. eine technisch nicht geeignete Sparbirne nach 4 Tagen nachgeliefert (insgesamt kein guter Service). Die obere Terrasse ab mittags, der Balkon ab späten Nachmittag: starke Geruchsbelästigungen durch unten gelegene Restaurants, nahezu jede Nacht bis 3 Uhr laute Feiergeräusche durch Gäste der unten liegenden Lokale.
