We liked everything, but sitting at the corner we did hear a lot of traffic from the nearby road.

Our stay was relaxing!

The room was wonderful! Nice and comfortable and cozy. The balcony overlooking the river was excellent. Very convenient to everything in Townsend. We didn’t have to deal with all the people and traffic in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, although it was just a short drive to both.

The only thing I would say is the water in the shower wasn’t warm enough, but that wasn’t a big deal.

The view was amazing. The yard was ok.

The rudeness of the host and how she was being hateful. The entire time I communicated with her. I was scared to ask for anything. We didn't even have a TV.

Charming Accommodations on the River

Beautiful location. We loved our porch overlooking the river. The interior was cozy, comfortable, and spacious. We loved that our suite was in a log cabin building from the 1800s. We also liked that it had everything we needed for cooking. Very charming! The host was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay there again!

The cabin was amazing. Just the perfect balance of space and comfort. The host, Wendy, was really nice and provided lots of tips about the area. The area was peaceful and we loved spending time by the river. The deli restaurant next door was amazing as well and we will definitely come back.

A delightful and peaceful escape to nature in a rustic cabin.

riverfront view, close proximity to pub, located far from the downtown area( quiet). wonderfully decorated rooms, fridge and kitchen equipment available. historic and rustic vibe enhanced by the renovated 19th century cabin construction

loud neighbors and non-soundproofed walls. quiet hours were great for helping keep a peaceful ambience, but would have preferred soundproofed walls and floors and not having to worry about timing . the floor in the room felt like it was not 100% level , seemed to dip towards the center of the building.

Peaceful and Serene.

The unit was very Clean. The furniture was very Comfortable. The Bed was way better than I expected. It felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. I've stayed in 5stars hotel beds that didn't compare.

There was no TV. Although the reasons for not having one were valid. It just would've been nice to have one. But, the comfort and cleanliness made up for it.
