Nice apartment, lovely views and close to Cades Cove.

Loved being near the rivier, fire pit and outdoor seating. Inside was very clean.Located in great place according to our needs.

Would like to have more than one washcloth/towel per person for a week. The step up to get into the tub was dangerous, with no handicap assistant bars to help. The handrails on the large stairs outside we're cumbersome. It's hard to catch grasp to hold on while carrying things upstairs. We always love to have a small fire in the fireplace at night. We were instructed no fire in fireplace in cabin. Laundries were listed in Description, however this was at another location down the street.

WARNING NO TV

Being by the river was great. Sitting out on the porch, listening to the river was nice and relaxing

NO TV!!!! Did not realize this when I booked it, or we wouldn't have stayed there. We had to climb ALOT of stairs. Could not smoke on the porch. had to go up and down the stairs and 50 ft away from the place. You can not control the temperature of your room. You had to call or text her if you were cold or hot but not after 9:30 pm, so I hope you don't wake up cold or hot in the middle of the night. The last thing has nothing to do with the place. Google Maps says you're about 30 mins to Pigion Forge, but in reality, it's more like 45 minutes to an hour. There Alot of curving roads. I would have rather stayed in a motel in the heart of pigion forge than a place like this again.

I was on pleasure and business. My adopted daughter lives in area and she was unable to visit me. Wasn’t told anything about the policy of no visitors until I arrived. I wouldn’t have booked there if that was the policy. Beautiful place when you pull up and inside the rooms. Lacking some maintenance in the lawn furniture many are broken and laying around.

We loved the location and the view. The host was really nice and polite and explained everything about the property when we checked in.

There was no tv at all in the unit and I’m guessing because of so many people staying there our phones wouldn’t stay connected to the internet. And due to being a old house there is no installation so both nights we could be the people under us talking loud, laughing, joking and everything else after midnight which made it hard to sleep.

We made the best of it.

The river access, fire pit, & view was nice as advertised.

The listing needs to be much clearer noting that this is a complex built out of reclaimed log cabin material and not a stand alone cabin as it leads one to believe. The listing also leads that this is a 2 bedroom instead of an efficiency with a bed out in the living / kitchen area & a separate bedroom. We were glad that our travel partners had a conflict & couldnt come or this would have been very problematic.

We loved the location, the quietness, the view, how clean our place was, the size of the rooms!

We were not told that we would hear the other guest beside us and beneath us! We didn’t sleep well because of the people/man talking all night and day The whole time we were in our unit! We were not told we would have to climb steps up to our unit! ( extremely steep steps) we didn’t have access to heat/air control! I know now why there are no TV’s in the units, because of being able to hear everything and everyone! We were not told that there were no TV in the unit! Probably want return again!!
