Location was wonderful, great view of the river
The air temperature. We did not like that we didn’t have control of the temperature and needed to contact the host daily to have it adjusted.

Wendy, the owner, was great about communicating the procedures for accessing the unit. A simple phone as we were getting closer and she gave us the door code and text it so we wouldn't forget. The location is beautiful and just secluded enough from Maryville or Pigeon Forge that you don't have any overflow traffic, yet you can be in either town in about 40 min. Waking up to the sound of the river and having a cup of coffee on the porch while you watch the sunrise had my wife and I looking for property so we could move here. We will definitely be back very soon.
I can't think of one complaint to put here. Even the fact that the building sits just off a 4 lane hwy isn't an issue. Access to parking has you turn off the hwy onto another small road that keeps you from having to pull straight into traffic. So even that small inconvenience is negligible at worst.

Great location and host.
Well but modestly stocked kitchen .
Stairs and tub required extra care to negotiate safely. Fine for us but would not suggest for anyone with mobility issues. Did not enjoy the effort that it took to use the shower.
