We really enjoyed our stay! The place was very nice, the bathrooms were beautiful, and having an in-room washer and dryer was a huge plus. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well thought out. The Xbox was a really nice touch, and we also appreciated all of the kitchen appliances and extras stocked in the cabinets.The only issue we noticed was with the master bathroom door lock. Even when locked, if someone pulled on the door it would still come open. Other than that, everything was great and we had a wonderful stay!

Great location for events in Townsend and visiting the Smokies. Nice quiet and gated location. Pillow cases had a little musty smell and they could have vacuumed better, but overall a nice time.

Everything about this place matched the description and photos. The community is very quiet and peaceful. We had a great stay! Highly recommend.

I really want to give this property a 5 star but upon arriving we had a really hard time using the code to get into the unit but i will say the property manager was prompt and very helpful. Once we were inside overall the condo was pretty clean but the dishwasher was still running so we had to empty it ourselves. There wasn't enough towels so we to launder them a few time to use them. We had to buy dishwasher pods the container was empty that was underneath the cabinet. No pillowcases for the extra pillows. However that condo is very lovely and updated. The property is very quiet and peaceful. Just need to provide a few extra amenities for the guests.
