I wasn’t happy sorry staff was brilliant

It wasn’t very clean

I only stayed one nite when I booked three bites due to bath dirty and didn’t sleep was being bite in bed so ended up staying awake all nite and had to ring my son to go and stay at his for the remaining time

Very comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and the toilet and shower were excellent—warm water and a great shower experience. The staff and service were highly appreciable and very welcoming. Everything was great and I really enjoyed my stay. The only downside was the location, as it’s situated at motorway services, and breakfast was not included (paid). Overall, a very good stay and highly recommended.

The first and last great budget hotel for the Southwest counties.

Excellent customer service with a genuine smile from Nick on arrival. A great night's sleep for me in a clean and comfortable room. Highly recommended for a stay....maybe if you're beginning a tour and completing your journey from the beautiful Southwest

I don't know if the heater in the room works...but everything else did. I will add that the situation wasn't a big problem because the room was dry and warm anyway.

Lovely large room , the room had bath & shower, comfortable bed ample pillows requested ground floor and was accommodated, good heating appliance great rate could not have asked for or wanted anything more.

OK, except for an unusable bath or shower. Friendly staff

The staff were lovely - very helpful

The shower control was broken; only giving scolding hot water rendering it unusable. It was stuck on "shower" so not possible to fill the bath and let it cool down. We only told the staff too late to get it repaired, but it could badly scold a child. We were in room 28

Great for a stop off on your journey

The hotel is perfect for a stay on your journey through Taunton. It's in a service station so don't expect any views, it's exactly what you would imagine. However the staff were lovely, kind and friendly. The room while basic, was comfortable. The beds were great for a good night sleep. Nice and clean overall and there is a WHSmiths, Costa and McDonald's right next door should you need anything.

The only let down was the bathroom that could use some modernization. The shower, was adequate but the shower curtain was dingy and tried to stick to you every chance it got!! But it did the job, so no major complaints there.
