Great location. Room exceptionally clean and spacious. Easy to check in. Is bar downstairs. Tea and coffee facilities in room and lovely shower and access to Netflix on smart tv. Perfect for one night and would recommend and return.

Steps narrow going to room so anyone with mobility challenges may find them uncomfortable. Other than that would highly recommend. The accommodation is over a bar and was a little loud for a short while but didn’t bother me. It was a Friday night after all and I knew the accommodation was over a bar when I booked it.

The accommodation and bedrooms are very modern with hotel fixtures and fittings. The addition of air conditioning was very much appreciated and a real bonus. The location above a pub on the main street was very convenient.

My main issue was the misleading listing and photos on Booking.com Web page. It appears that there is a swimming pool with this accommodation as it is visible on the first group of photos. I am thankful that I read through Q&A's before arrival as we could have arrived, not knowing about the pool situation. The pool photo should have had text over top of it explaining that it was located in a sister hotel 15 minutes drive away (Ballyliffin Lodge) We were able to drive and use the Ballyliffin Lodge pool, and it was lovely. Again, it was the misleading listing photos that was my issue and not the accommodation. The nightly rate was very reasonable for Room Only and hotel comforts. The butterbean cafe next door was amazing for breakfast and dinner.

It was not expensive and the location it great, but the room very basic. They show pictures of a different hotel which is partner, but it is not clear enough

Rooms very basic
