Please Note:
Private vacation rental guests can enjoy the heated outdoor bi-level pools and hot tub at Margate Tower. However, the Embassy Suites Complex Splash Park and other pools located throughout Kingston Resort are not accessible.
We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-night reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request, with a 3-night minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day.
HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or out on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.
Please Note: Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy which is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is permitted in the designated motorcycle parking area only; located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.

Check in was very easy. The floor we stayed on was being renovated (painted and new flooring), so it made it a little challenging to get through the workers and all of their materials. We could hear the was noise in the hallway from the workers in our unit. Not a huge deal, but would have been nice to be informed ahead of time. a a huge issue, but would

Great location and nice building / overall property well kept. Had anticipated a full ocean front room based on pictures, but only a partial ocean view when sitting on the balcony. Was disappointed with the very limited supplies provided with the unit for this price. Have received many more supplies in the past. Unit itself is very nice size for a family visit, just wish the view was more of the ocean itself.
