• Golf Carts: Golf carts must be rented through Kingston Golf Cart Rental. Personal golf carts (from guests staying outside of Kingston) and/or golf carts rented from other companies are not permitted due to limited parking availability.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made our visit very comfortable. It’s clearly designed with families in mind — spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere for all ages. We’ll definitely be returning!

Tina with Prista Resort Rentals was an absolute joy to work with. She was always so pleasant and kind! We are very thankful for such a beautiful and relaxing visit. The property was everything we hoped for—clean, spacious, comfortable, and in the perfect location. One of our family members uses a wheelchair and was able to maneuver throughout with ease! This alone, meant the world to my family! We truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made our stay so enjoyable. We would absolutely love to return in the future!

Beautiful condo, plenty of room for multi-family. Excellent location, beautiful views from balcony. The only negative is that there are several steps to get to beach and that was difficult for 2 in our party who couldn’t join us. Parking was great, elevator worked amazing, beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.
