Perfect home away from home for large or extended families and small groups. This spacious 4BR/3BA condo also has a fully equipped kitchen, large open living area and full size washer/dryer. There is plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and feel at home. Walk out onto the wraparound balcony from the living room to take in the beautiful resort landscaping and southern coastal ocean view. The balcony is also a great place to wind down at the end of a busy day at the beach, while watching a beautiful sunset and planning for tomorrow.
A great alternative to just a hotel room when in town for a conference or sporting event too!

Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa or on the balcony.
Pets are not allowed at any time.
Please Note: Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy which is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is permitted in the designated motorcycle parking area only; located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.

The condo was spacious, clean, located right at the beach and had a beautiful view. The condo was located in Kingston Plantation, which was a beautifully landscaped and securely gated development. Parking was plentiful and close by.

My family and I stayed here for 8 nights. We loved the property and condo. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The condo kitchen was well stocked. We loved the pool and short distance to the ocean. Would highly recommend this unit.
