• Reservation Policy: The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the rental property for the entire duration of the stay.
• Smoking and Pets: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.
• Golf Carts: Golf carts must be rented through Kingston Golf Cart Rental. Personal golf carts (from guests staying outside of Kingston) and/or golf carts rented from other companies are not permitted due to limited parking availability.
• Motorcycle and Trailer Parking: Motorcycle parking is only allowed in the designated area located in front of the security gate and across from the fitness center, on a first-come, first-served basis. Trailer parking is not permitted at any time.

The Kingston Resort is very nice. The location in North Myrtle is close to enough to enjoy your stay without all of the crazy in Myrtle. We played two golf courses with in 5 miles. The Apache Pier next door to the Margate Tower was fun with fishing, live music, and people watching. The pools were just enough for our family to stay cool during the day and the beach is a short walk over the dunes.

Check in and out was so easy and accommodating! They worked with our flight schedule which was a huge plus ! The condo was big enough for all 12 family members. We all had a great family vacation - fireworks on the beach were just spectacular !
