The room was clean, the staff were very helpful and responsive, and the location was very convenient for me.

It was extremely cold in the room — really very cold. Even when we asked not to turn off the heating, someone came while we were away and turned the radiators off again, which made the stay uncomfortable. Also, cars were parked directly under the window all the time, so there was always a parked vehicle right in front of the window.

Good place to stay. Not too far from Cologne city center. Good, large room. Good breakfast.

The staff, Diana. Ms and Stefan. Mr were very nice, friendly and professional. Diana was accommodating. V were "walk-ins" at the hotel. She managed to find us a room, when the hotel was almost full, with a smile. Stefan served us with warmth and a smile. The room was nice, clean and large. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed it.

The bathroom was clean (95%). But it needs a bit of cosmetic renovation. Thats all.

Wonderful breakfast and super friendly staff!

The breakfast was simply amazing! Fresh ingredients and great variety. Checking in after hours was no problem and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

A hairdryer would be a good addition. Also, as the hotel doesn't have air conditioning a table fan would be helpful in the summer when the temperature outside is over 30°C.

Perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Das Hotelzimer wurde für eine Nacht gebucht und tatsächlich - nach eine Veranstaltung - nur wenige Stunden für den schnellen Schlaf genutzt. Kein Frühstück bebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und für die 1 Nacht mehr als zweckdienlich. Weitergehende, vernünftige Aussagen über das Hotel als solches sind fairerweise nicht möglich. Der Buchungsvorgang und vor allem die Kommunikation danach (bzgl. Anreise und zugang zum Hotel / CheckIn) waren vorbildlich!

Hotel hat zentrale Lage. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist angemessen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß und funktionell eingerichtet. Kostenloser Parkplatz im Hof.

Das Bad war etwas klein. Nur zur Information: es gibt keinen Aufzug.
