Great location -we came for exhibit ISM -just one transport to go and return on daily basis.

Breakfast is something to think about -with restaurant on the ground floor did not make any sence that there is no breakfast.

Bussines trip

We travel for a bussines trip for K 2022. Actually all accomodations in dusseldorf was occupied and very expensive. This accomodation was the best choice for us. regarding easy travel to Duss. and to Koln. Check in was really easy and simple, also check out. Owner was very friendly, always ready to help us.

Regarding size of rooms, there was tiny space for luggage.

Lovely stay in Cologne

Contact with owner was super! Kept in contact on whatsapp. Ease of key collection at apartment. Right on tram line to city centre. New York room, Comfy beds, brilliant bathroom. Lidl just down the road is handy. Fan was a blessing as did get a little warm. Apartments above restaurant.

Nice room with private bathroom and small terrace. Quite clean and comfortable, but not outstanding. Good price/quality ratio considering I reserved it just 24 hours in advance. Self check-in and check-out is useful.

Very efficient check-in/check-out process (no humans involved), reasonably quiet, very large bed.

Confined spaces both in the staircase and room, no elevator, very artsy design (but that's a matter of preference)

Für zwei Überna7

Die Lage war sehr gut. Nur wenige Meter zu nächsten S-Bahn-Haltestelle. Bäcker in der Nähe. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren, wie angegeben, vorhanden.

Wir waren mit 5 Personen dort und hatten drei mit Durchgangstüren verbundene Zimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Die Bezeichnung Appartment ist jedoch nicht gerechtfertigt. Es gab keine Küchenzeile, lediglich einen Küchenschrank und einen Tischkühlschrank. Ausreichend Geschirr gab es auch nicht und von der Kaffeemaschine keine Spur. Die beiden aussenliegenden Zimmer hatten je eine satinierte Eingangstür ohne Verbunklungsmöglichkeit. Die Fenster hatten nur Doppelrollos. Und die Sauberkeit ließ auch sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Треба заміти постільну білизну і подушки та повісити штори блекаут

Розташування дуже вигідне, поряд зупинка поїздів, ми приїхали на виставку IDS, було зручно добиратися. Недалеко лідл. Зручно, що була чай/кава у кухні, посуд, але не вистачало плити чи мікрохвильовки хоча б. Гарні рушники, були гелі для душу, шампунь

Не сподобалась постіль, жахливі дешеві і старі простирадла, незручні подушки. Також жалюзі пропускали світло з вулиці, ліхтарі світили всю ніч прямо у вікно.
