Cooking it yourself won't be a problem thanks to the full kitchen, which includes a French door refrigerator, dishwasher, and unique mirrored backsplash. You'll be comfortable everywhere in this home, not least because of the central air conditioning and electric fireplace.

The first bedroom, to the right of the formal dining area and past the kitchen, features a four-poster queen bed, a mounted flatscreen TV, and an en suite bathroom that includes a standalone shower. My family really enjoyed our stay at 9 Coconut Ct. The staff was very polite and helpful addressing a few concerns we had upon arrival but all in all we had a wonderful stay at this property. The Property Manager was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We visit this area often and will look to book our vacations thru Vacasa again.

Please note that our issue was not with the home, but with Vacasa. The home was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. Nice quiet area. The outside pool area was wonderful and relaxing. The canal was great for fishing. An issue for us was no grill as stated there would be in the description of the property. We really liked the home but would not have chosen it if we’d known there wasn’t a grill. That would have been a deal breaker for our situation. Our issue was with Vacasa and their total lack of caring and zero communication in trying to resolve the situation. They could have simply brought out a grill and everything would have been resolved and great. But that did not happen, nor did they ever even call to address the situation after I spent a lot of my vacation time on 2 different days calling in to their customer service team. Vacasa may be ok to rent through as long as you don’t have any issues or need help with anything. But after our experience we will not rent a home anywhere that is managed by Vacasa, nor would we recommend them.
