Grand Palace - Couples only 18 years plus

Our stay was wonderful. We had a great time at the beach and pool bar. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. The all inclusive buffet had all kinds of foods which were delicious.

Unfortunately I got a food poisoning on our last day of our stay. I had avoided shrimps during all our trip and coincidentally I ate shrimps that day at the hotel. I suggest looking cautiously the food handling or refrigeration.

I can honestly say that Grand Palace is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. The staff deserve special recognition. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Taha at the reception welcomed us with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks also to Mohamed Hussein, who made the most amazing drinks for us—often before we even had to ask. He was always smiling, friendly, and genuinely cared about making every guest happy. In fact, every single member of the staff was exceptionally polite, professional, and respectful. The rooms were absolutely flawless—spacious, beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and with stunning sea views. They created such a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere that we truly felt at home. The beach is simply breathtaking. The crystal-clear water and beautiful surroundings make it one of the best beaches I have ever seen. The hotel’s location is another huge advantage, right in the heart of the promenade, with everything just a short walk away. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single fault with this hotel. We loved our stay so much that we even wanted to cancel the rest of our trip and extend our vacation here, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked. Thank you to the entire Grand Palace team for making our vacation unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

No thing everything was amazing

The food was very delicious and there was a great variety . The staff all over the hotel were very friendly . All the restaurants were available every day. The beach was so clean.

There was no parking.

Bed was really comfortable and room was big Lounges for the pools were comfortable and pools were big enough

In our case the shower was built in a way that water got stuck on the opposite side of the drain so the cleaner had to drain it when making the room or we had to push water to the drain with our foot. Quality of food at buffet and a la carte restaurants is not great. The variety isn't too big either. The only one that was better in quality and variety was the Indochina restaurant. Staff is really nice but tipping is very common all the time. The bank CIB is next to the hotel where you can exchange money using the ATM outside and then go in to ask for 10, 20 and 50 notes. There should be more signs to know which restaurant is which and how to get to them. The beach... Don't forget your water shoes! The sand is kind of dirt and there are rocks by and in the water. There are some areas that look like debris. The beauty salon and spa massages are pricey for what they offer. Neither of them are worth it and they try to sell both services to you the same day you arrive.
