The staff were one of the best parts of my stay. The entire reception team were always smiling, friendly, and ready to help. Even when I didn’t ask for anything, they would check if I needed any assistance. A special thanks to Mr. Sayed, the Reception Manager, and Mr. Ali, who were both extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel location is excellent, and the pool was always very clean and beautifully maintained. The housekeeping team were incredibly fast and efficient. I could leave the room for breakfast and come back to find it already cleaned and perfectly arranged. The bar staff were also excellent, always attentive and frequently checking if we needed anything. Overall, the service from all the hotel staff was outstanding and made the stay very enjoyable.

There were only two small things that I found a little unusual. First, the wardrobe had only one sliding door for two sections. This meant I had to choose whether to close the section with the hanging clothes or the section with the folded clothes and the safe. It would be much more practical if both sections could be closed properly. Second, there was no towel holder next to the bathroom sink for the hand towel. After washing my hands, I had to reach toward the shower area to use the towel hanging there. Adding a small towel rail or hook beside the sink would make the bathroom much more convenient. Third, The animation team was also not as strong or engaging as I expected. Compared with my experience at Dana Beach, the activities there felt much more organized and energetic. At Blu Spa, during some activities, the team members did not always seem well coordinated, with each person sometimes moving or dancing differently. Also, when inviting guests to join pool activities, they would usually ask politely, but if someone said no, they would simply move on. In other hotels I have visited, the animation team usually interacts more with guests, jokes with them, makes them laugh, and creates more motivation and excitement to encourage them to participate. I think a more energetic, organized, and engaging animation team would improve the overall atmosphere a lot.
