    The location was perfect and the entire property was spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Facilities were well-maintained and offered everything needed for relaxation and enjoyment. Overall, it provided excellent value for money and is highly recommended.

    An amazing vacation from start to finish! Special thanks to Mr. Sayed Ibrahim at the reception for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism; he and the entire reception team made us feel incredibly welcome. The resort facilities are top-notch and provide a perfect, relaxing atmosphere. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The dining experience was also excellent—food quality, variety, and service at Alfredo, Culina, Golden Lounge, and Alfredo Cafe were outstanding. Great value for money and an unforgettable experience! ​Cons: Nothing at all. (Note: I didn't get the chance to try the Blue Lounge or the Spa during this stay, but everything else was perfect).

    First of all, I apologize for the long review, but I would like to share my complete experience at the resort. I arrived at around 3:30 PM, which was approximately one and a half hours after the official check-in time. Despite my late arrival, the room was not ready, and I had to wait for nearly an hour before I could check in. To be fair, the hotel tried to compensate us for the inconvenience by offering tickets to a nearby event. When I finally entered the room, I was quite disappointed. Although my reservation was for a Queen Bed, I found two single beds pushed together instead. On the positive side, the animation team was excellent. They organized enjoyable activities and genuinely made an effort to keep guests entertained. The beach was nice and clean despite the noticeable tides, and the swimming pool was outstanding—very clean, spacious, and never felt overcrowded. Unfortunately, the main restaurant was below expectations. During my three-day stay, the food was almost identical on two of the days, and the seafood dinner on the third day was particularly disappointing and lacked flavor. The bar was also far from what I would expect from an Ultra All-Inclusive resort. The selection and overall experience did not match the advertised standard. In general, the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the highlights was on the last day when I asked if I could stay at the resort for a couple of extra hours after checking out. Not only did they agree, but they also extended my check-out time free of charge until 3:00 PM instead of 12:00 PM. To summarize, Blu Spa is not a bad resort at all, but in my opinion, it is overrated. If your main priority is enjoying the beach and the pool, you will likely have a pleasant stay. However, if you are looking for a complete Ultra All-Inclusive experience with high-quality food, beverages, and overall service, there are many other options available at the same price point—or even lower—that may offer better value for money
