Everything was perfect and its worth it for the money we paid , its not beachfront but very close like second row like 5 min. walk to beach and we loved the big trees making a big shade all around the hotels nearby , and it feels like you are in the forest , the room was simple and clean and you got everyday cleaning service , breakfast was awesome , typical Italian breakfast as we usually get in every hotel in Italy but the advantage here was because the breakfast was until 13:00, you can get the breakfast and go to the beach and you can comeback around 12:00 or 12:30 and get another snack like you already had some lunch which is amazing and you only need to care about the dinner. You got electric bikes if you want to explore the town and playground for the kids . Its definitely a family hotel and i highly recommend this hotel for families. the staff was amazing all of them , they welcome you and meet you with a smile on their face and trying to help you in every way for any needs you have. I need to mention Tomas and Giuseppe at the check in desk of the hotel that was very helpful in every way and give all information and help you need for everything and i want say a big thank you for everything and also a thank you for the rest of the staff for the nice stay . Grazie mille i hope we will come back next year :)

Well presented and managed and provides excellent value for money against much local competition

The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and linen and towels were good quality. There was a fridge in the room which we used and a ceiling fan which was great for cooling without having to switch on the aircon. The roller shutter blinds were effective. The hotel was clean and the breakfasts were great. Also the hotel provided a small number of electric bikes for guest usage on a first come first served basis. The hotel had a tie with one of the beach clubs but this was still quite pricey. We found a public free to use beach about 10 minutes walk away that was clean and not crowded. Staff were very good, in particular in fixing a fault with the ceiling fan within a couple of hours.

Our visit coincided with the Mille Miglia car rally being in town which meant lots of loud cars and the hotel was used by several teams so there were late night and early morning movements and sound insulation between rooms wasn't great. I booked a hotel car park place at €20 per day but this wasn't really necessary since there was space on the roadside outside the hotel. Only 1 chair on balcony and 1 glass in the room which seems inexplicable for a 2 person room.

Nice hotel with gentle staff

All working staff is really gentle. Such positiveness gives you really nice stay. Breakfast is wonderful, plenty of choice and large opening hours. Beach is nearby, walking distance. Parking available on the street or in their private parking place.

It’s like you went back 30 years. Everything is old - design, furniture, elevator, mattress, hair dryer… The bathroom is very small, there’s no place where to put your towels or clothes. There were 4 of us and it was very uncomfortable. There’s no soundproofing at all! Every sound of every neighbor is like he is standing near your head 🤦🏻‍♀️ Breakfast. In reviews written that the breakfast is wonderful, but actually they propose only paper cups, and food choice is rather poor. We were surprised that there’s no place to dry swimming suits and towels on the balcony. And anywhere else as well. To such places people usually come to the sea, not for visiting museums 🙄🙂

Worst accomodation EVER!!!

Nothing. It is the worse accomodation EVER!! This hotel unfortunately was a total scam for us and I would like for other people to see this review and hopefully do their research better before booking. We paid 550 Eur for two nights stay (huge price compared to muuuch better hotels at lower costs in Venice or Florence). There is nothing in this hotel as advertised in the pictures. They do not have a pool (I know it says on the photo that it’s 250 m from the hotel) but this is such a typical scam…why post THE FIRST PHOTO on your booking page as a pool if you don’t even have one?? All the other photos on Booking with what appears to be a chef cooking fancy meals? Again…scam! Nothing fancy, NOTHING…although all photos are made to suggest that it is a great hotel with great rooms and great food. It is a 3* hotel, in my opinion 1-2* max. Rooms were not clean at all, there were LARGE amounts of dust on the fan that is hanging from the ceiling. Of course when we started the fan, all the dust was thrown in the room. My husband is alergic so we had to leave. Wasted money, I am frustrated like hell. Drunken occupants at 3 in the morning loud as hell and no one did anything. Dirty rooms with huge spider webs on the walls. No sound proof between rooms, you could hear ppl talking in the room next to you. Cleaning lady talking on the phone in the morning in the hallway SO LOUD ! The manager wrote a message to us saying that he will give us 10% discount for next stay if we give him a 10 score review. I would not stay a minute more in this hotel. It is a scam, we felt like everything was done to just take our money and that’s it. We paid for two nights but we left after the first night, tired and nervous due to really really bad conditions that I described above. Booking.com cannot allow such places to continue on their platform. And people who are giving them 8-9 positive reviews…I cannot understand.

We were looking for the place where to stop for one night on our journey far to the south of Italy.

We found there what we expected. Nice room for one night, wonderful breakfest as it was reviewed on booking and personal who take care about you to feel comfortable.

No enough parking place at the hotel. But we found outside on the street.
