The location is excellent. Shops, pubs, cafes and a lovely river with loads of wildlife all on your doorstep.
The decking and bench table are in poor condition which could do with replacing.

Welcome pk,of wine,biscuits etc.easy place to settle into,lovely to be by river,and experience nature and bird life,also very nice to be by shops and places to eat,second time we booked this year after having lovely time last August.
Nothing really to say,change of rubbish place, which was quickly sorted out by owner.

Location within the Marina very nice fishing was good . Thank you for the milk etc . Easy Access for all elderly People. Plenty of Wardrobe space .
Outside Bin full also Four Extra bags left at the side . Have taken ours through the week to the Destination that I Was told . Mattress in Double room was very soft & Uncomfortable. Lack of Hot water to all wash basins Emailed owner this was sorted but only for a day shouldn’t have to keep Emailing while where on holiday . Gutters need a thorough clean out as you can see grass growing this then caused a water fall straight on to the rubbish left at the side of the bin
