La posizione, i servizi come bagno e cucina e il Wi-Fi
Pavimento sporco e disintegrato come le porte e le finestre. Alcuni la mattina si svegliavano con la sabbia in testa caduta dal tetto a causa delle camminate della gente del piano di sopra

The location is ideal in the Trastevere, quiet street and lovely apartments.
The windows and doors are thin and old (it becomes cold inside quickly). The apartment manager first accepted to let us leaving the bags inside the apartment when we left, then asked us 150€ for this service the day before, obliging us to change our organisation at the last minute.

Le quartier du Trastevere est très agréable et vivant, proche de tous les lieux touristiques tout en offrant un large choix de restaurants le soir. L'appartement a du charme avec ses poutres apparentes et il est spacieux et élégant.
La plomberie et l'électricité pourraient être revues. Équipement un peu limité. De même, les modalités pour avoir la clé (envoyer ses pièces d'identité avant 12h30 par exemple, pas de contact possible par téléphone [disque pré-enregistré]) ont créé des incompréhensions qui nous ont poussé à louer un autre hébergement pour la première nuit. Le personnel n'a fait aucun geste commercial en retour.
