The room. I loved the shower and shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, lotion. The bed. I loved how my TV said, "welcome Brian" I liked the breakfast and pool and lobby.....the nice lady and man working the desk.
I didn't like how I arrived early because I wanted to use the pool and the original lady working the desk said I couldn't. Then another woman came in and checked on me and allowed me to use the pool early so she was nice. The one woman I felt was rude. Another customer arrived early and asked to store her luggage and the woman acted like she was bothered and only allowed her to store her luggage behind the desk.

I liked how nice and cozy it was
I just had a minor problem with the heat that wasn’t able to get fixed so we had to sleep in the cold , but I went downstairs and someone came and reset everything and it worked good
