Love everything about this place. The location is perfect, the facilities are clean, communication with the host was pleasant and fast. Stayed here for the Formula 1 race weekend for a dad's only trip and wasn't disappointed. Plenty of space to sleep for a handful of adults, with beds, pull-out couches, air mattresses even, everywhere. I imagine this could be perfect next time I bring my family. Video games and plenty of streaming options on the tv kept us busy in our down time. Enjoyed the multiple balconies, even the more private one connected to the upstairs bedroom. Has a very modern penthouse look and feel to it. No complaints in regards to being across the street from a cemetery, if anything that cemetery is the reason why the view of the Austin downtown skyline is visible, and perfect at night. Being a block away from a convenience store, a liquor store, a bar and a great restaurant called The Sour Duck, as well as directly above a great coffee shop definitely made this location very convenient for our needs during a busy weekend. Brooks, our host was very quick with his response times leading up to the trip, and answered all of our questions. If I had one complaint, it would be that the electronic door to the unit can be a little tricky to unlock and lock, even if you're tech savvy. Would definitely look into booking this unit on any future trips back to Austin. Highly recommend this unit.

We had a great time visiting friends for Memorial Day weekend 2021 at this place. The place was spotless and very well decorated. Plenty of room for our group. The owners offered to bring us mimosa morning service with a yogurt parfait bar and fresh fruit. Very nice touch if you are willing to pay the fee. They also stocked the fridge for us before we arrived.
Now there were a few downsides. The upstairs shower would not drain, so that left us with one useable shower. I think it’s important to tell you that there are no shades or blinds or curtains in the living area and there are massive windows visible to the street throughout. You will not have privacy in the main living space. Not a big deal for us but we were surprised a little by the lack of that detail. And lastly, though our group did not care, you should know that it does sit across the street from a very large and old cemetery. Your living space view will be entirely of that cemetery. Honestly a cool view for us but I imagine some people may be disconcerted.
Overall I would say the highlights of this place were the excellent communication and service from the owners, tidiness of the space, and location to anything you’d want in Austin. Would recommend.

This is brand new construction and the place is nice. If you are looking to be close to the action but also a nice place to get away and relax. This is a great place. The night downtown skyline view is pretty awesome.

Host was so hospitable and easy to contact with any added questions! The space was absolutely breathtaking! Spacious yet comfortable and, so clean! The roof top balcony was a favorite spot of mine! The coffee shop downstairs was convenient and great tasting! It wasn’t difficult at all for DoorDash or Uber drivers to find us as well so that’s always a plus! Overall, the perfect space for a great weekend!
