As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

We appreciated this s beautiful, clean, open and spacious home, and 3 en-suite bedrooms and a half bath, and the comfortable linens, towels and comforters. We were grateful for the filtered water and ice and having a full size kitchen with plenty of options for making coffee. The beautiful weather prompted us to eat breakfast on the deck. As a family who loves games, we were happy to spend free time playing Scrabble and watching football.

The house is beautiful with hardwood floors and tile - no carpet. The location is great, it is very close to DKR and many great restaurants. There were extra paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags which we really appreciated.

I was excited to have found this beautiful home for rent for my first trip to Austin. The home was aptly decorated with fun western accessories without looking too kitschy. The location was perfect- walking distance to some delicious restaurants or a quick ride in a Lyft. As others have mentioned, the front faces a somewhat busy street (mostly cars passing and a little construction) but we mostly sat on the back on the deck and listened to the birds chitter and the crickets sing into the night. The outdoor ceiling fan over the back deck was nice to move the air around.My husband and I shared the master downstairs. I will be dreaming about that huge marble bathroom and amazing claw-foot soaking tub for a while. The water pressure was perfect and we never ran out of hot water. The double sinks and large walk-in closet were also perfection!My best friend had the whole upstairs to herself. We did not use the room with the twin beds but the other two beds (the queen upstairs and our master bed) were extremely comfortable. We did not need much from the host but communication was fast when we did reach out with a question. We did not take advantage of the grocery delivery service option but it was nice to know that we could have arrived to a full fridge. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking accouterments and some spices and we loved the high ceilings and tin backsplash. All in all, it was an absolutely delightful place for a much needed vacation week.
