Watch FIFA 2026☀️Gorgeous 2025 NEW BUILD Modern Home. Sleep 10 Walk to Moody Center/Lake and downtown☀️ 4 Bedrooms, 3 full bath, King Beds, Texas Plants as well as fenced back yard with sitting area.
Our guests were group or family visit Downtown or gather for special weekends, business teams in town for events. They loved the best location, how easy the stay feels from start to finish, the brand new house and amenities, big space, and comfortable king beds.

• 3 King beds so adults don’t feel cramped
• One king bedroom / ensuite bath downstairs
• 4 Twin beds for kids or friends
• 3 Full bathrooms with walk-in rain showers
• Brand-new AC system
• Real wood floors throughout
• High-quality West Elm furniture
• Fast WiFi and a dedicated workspace
Everything is professionally cleaned and carefully checked before arrival. We take pride in maintaining a space that feels fresh, organized, and welcoming

The open living area makes it easy to sit together after a long Austin day — whether you’re sharing takeout from Chicon Street or cooking in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen.
At the same time, the bedroom layout gives everyone privacy when they need it.
The large fenced yard (shared with the neighboring unit) gives extra breathing room — especially helpful for families.

And still return to a quieter neighborhood setting at night.
