The Space:
This sleek and modern 4BR/3.5BA home is perfectly situated in vibrant East Austin just minutes from Downtown, Rainey Street, and iconic Austin eateries - the perfect space for your next getaway!
GROUND FLOOR
Entertain guests in the bright, open living area which features a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating. Watch your favorite movie or curl up with a good book on the plush couch, which converts into a queen-size sofa bed. This common space connects to the designer kitchen, which is fully equipped with modern appliances, essential cookware, and a small dining area.
SECOND FLOOR
On the second story, you'll find three bedrooms and two full-size bathrooms. The master bedroom, which can accommodate 4 guests, features a king-size bed and a twin daybed and trundle. There is also an en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. Down the hallway, are two guest bedrooms, one with a full-size bed and twin trundle and the other with a queen-size bed. A full bathroom with dual vanities and plenty of counter space is located to the right of the two guest bedrooms. A laundry closet housing the washer and dryer can also be found on this level.
THIRD FLOOR
The third floor offers a second master retreat which features a king-size bed, full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a comfortable media lounge. Stay in and enjoy a game night or watch your favorite movie on the comfortable couch, which also converts into a queen-size sofa bed and accommodates 2 guests. For our working travelers, a comfortable workspace is available.

This home is ideally located just 1.3 miles from the University of Texas at Austin, 2.4 miles from Downtown Austin, and 6.4 miles from Austin Bergstrom International Airport.
THINGS TO NOTE
1) This is NOT a party residence and we do not accept rowdy party groups of any kind! If a party is thrown during your stay, your reservation will be quickly terminated.
2) Outdoor activity is prohibited between 10 PM and 7 AM. All guests must move indoors between that time, no exceptions.
3) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay. This will be policed w/ decibel meter devices.

The location was ideal - close to airport and everything we planned to visit. Super easy to navigate to and from. Layout was right on - enough common space on the main floor for dining, relaxing and visiting coupled w plenty of privacy on the second and third floors. Loved the 3 full bathrooms - with 5 adults, it was perfect. Clean. Spacious. Convenient. The downsides for us were far less important than all the upsides stated above, but worth noting here just in case: the kitchen supplies are sparse! No oven mitts. One dish towel. No salt or pepper. No foil. The Guestspaces team sends ample pre-trip communications with clearly written instructions However, they send via a ‘no reply’ email. That wasn’t ideal. So we had no communication during our stay. The shower adjoining the large bedroom on the second floor does not drain. Never reached anyone to address it. Certainly didn’t stop us from enjoying the house!We would book again for sure!

The house was great for our large group. Everyone got a bed, and the location was great. We were never more than 20 minutes from anything we wanted to do. We were able to walk to a few places too, which was perfect. The only feedback I have for something to improve would be to increase the dining seating. There are a ton of beds, so you can host a lot of people, but there were only 4 seats around a dining table, so that wasn't ideal. Otherwise, a great house!
