The location and the view from the terrace
The process for collecting the keys from a remote office with no parking facilities was extremely difficult. This not really an apartment for 4 adults as the ceiling in the mezzanine bedroom is less than 1.50 metres high on average and it impossible to stand, in addition the sofa only seats two and there are no other easy chairs. The crockery is limited eg there were only two cups and the water tank on the coffee machine was filthy, light fitting was hanging off the wall and there were no controls for the air conditioning the flooring in the bathroom was loose and constituted a trip hazard.
