La amplitud de la casa, la equipacion, las vistas y la tranquilidad. Ubicación estupenda.
El portal está muy viejito, tal cual era have cien años....pero así el contraste al entrar en el piso es mayor.

Aunque no es dentro del apartamento en sí, la entrada al edificio echa para atrás le falta mucho mantenimiento, por lo demás todo correcto.

La ubicación, a dos pasos de toda la zona centro. Cerquísima también del parking de Mangana, fue muy sencillo dejar el coche y llevar las maletas al apartamento. Hay bastante menaje, microondas, lavavajillas, etc., no hace falta más. Muy bien también la calefacción, estuvimos muy calentitos a pesar de hacer horrible fuera.
Las almohadas, muy blandas. Se oía a los vecinos de arriba (sin ser excesivo). El pasillo está horrible, como se ve en alguna foto. Pero en mi opinión, es un tema menor, el piso que es lo que importa está bastante bien.
