Quizás por decir algo se podría decir la iluminación, ya que al ser un ático, las ventanas son pequeñas y hay poca luz.

La ubicación
El bajo está pegado a la puerta del portal y se oye absolutamente todo lo que pasa en el portal, parece q se va a meter la gente en tu casa. La dicha se sale todo y el minibaño se llena de agua. El sofá es una tabla, dormir ahí sería inviable
