Four door refrigerator, island kitchen with 6 gas burners, and hanging hood above stove. Pantry with a window seat convertible storage. 3 bedrooms in partial basement with good lightings. Fire aggressive coded windows. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Lots of closets in each bedroom as well as hallway. Full bathroom in partial basement as well as half bath on the main floor.
Spacious front yard with deck. Spacious Lakeview patio. Parking in Driveway. Extra Parking opposite from house. Waling distance to trail (0.1 mi). Very close to stores. Upscale community. Highly rated schools. Approx. 3.3 mi from Redmond Way and 9 mi to Issaquah. Close to I-90 and WA520 highway. Close to Microsoft and Amazon. Good location. Close to the lake and stores. We could get to Seattle in 30 mins or river kayaking/berry picking in about the same time. There was lake access within minutes of the house. The owners tried to be attentive and responded in a timely manner. They also had onsite laundry washer and dryer which was comvenient. Some negatives were the house was not swept good when we arrived. The carpets needed to be cleaned as well. We had to use our laptop the first part of the week because the TV did not work. The owners had it fixed by midweek. The kitchen sink did not drain well. Food and cleanup tended to stay in the edges. The “fancy” shower upstairs would not turn off so the owners had a plumber come to temporarily keep it going without having to completly shut it off. All the closets are stuffed with their personal belongings.. We could not find a broom to sweep with in the whole house and all the garbage cans outside were full so there was no place to put the garbage. The lake view was nice but it is a busy street between you and the lake. Price seemed fair with comparable listiings but not sure if I would stay there again.
