Very peaceful place with nice, confortable rooms and a lovely pool area
The staff could have been a little more proactive and helpful

• Nice staff, well built bungalows, good beds
• At night there are motorbikes roaring up and down the road leading to the property creating loads of noise so if you’re a light sleeper you’ll need earplugs
• If you don’t want pizza or pasta the on-site restaurant is no use to you and you’ll need to go somewhere else
• Uncovered outside bathrooms are popular in Bali but if you don’t like being bitten by mosquitos while brushing your teeth then this place isn’t for you

Great hotel with views of Mount Agung and the beach right next door. Well located if you have a scooter to get to the main road in Amed. The place is very well maintained and the staff are attentive.

Good place to relax, close to the beach. Nice to have a restaurant close to always have food nearby. Rooms are really clean and spacious. Nice outside area.
The shower is outside and beautiful however it is not always really practical because of the water pressure changing all the time.

Very nice rooms and pool area . Restaurant was very good . Staff very professional and friendly. Dive center was very good experience with Bastian.
We had the impression that only the shower was outside - but turn out to be the full bathroom ( including the toilet ) is outdoors with privacy. We were fine with it - but maybe other guests would hesitate.

Quiet location and friendly staff, great restaurant
Cleaning could be improved

The room and resort are nice, the bed was confortable and the staff was kind and always ready to help. However, it didn’t meet the standards of a 4 stars resort and was quite expensive for what we’ve got…
I couldn’t sleep well due to the poor isolation of the bungalow. It was like sleeping in a tent, we could hear scooters passing by until late night and very early in the morning. The bathroom is outdoor and there is no protection against insects or mosquitoes. Also not very intimate since we could hear the neighbours speaking while sitting on the toilet… I would say this looks more like “glamping” than a 4 stars resort

We stayed for out honeymoon, it exceeded expectations, we wish we could have stayed longer! The centre was 20 steps from our room, the pool was so clean and the room so comfy. Bastian the dive guide was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and skilled.
There wasn't anything I didn't like. If you stay here, i recommend getting a scooter for your stay.

It was quiet, clean, staff were super friendly. The dive centre.

The villas were gorgeous, beautiful gardens surrounding the pool with a nice view or Mt. Agung in the background. The staff were all super friendly and made great cappuccinos! We came to Amed for Scuba diving and the attached dive center was super convenient. Bastien the instructor was super nice and had great local knowledge of the dive sites. The beach just in front of the hotel was amazing for finding all sorts of nocturnal creatures on night dives!
Because of the proximity of the public beach just in front, it could get quite noisy with scooters late at night, there isn't much sound proofing with those villas. I wish the restaurant served indonesian food also, Italian is not our thing but that's just personal preferences, there were lots of other very good restaurants close by.

Nothing
This was the fifth location we stayed at during our time in Bali — and by far the worst.
The problems started before we even arrived. We arranged a transfer through the hotel, providing the full name, address, and coordinates of our previous accommodation. Despite this, we were directed to message three different people via WhatsApp, and the driver was still sent to the wrong location — 45 minutes away from where we actually were.
When we eventually arrived, we were told we had to pay an additional 3% fee for using a card, despite our Booking.com reservation clearly stating that all fees and charges were included. When we questioned this, we were simply told, “This hotel is different.”
We had also pre-booked a scooter rental through the hotel. However, when we arrived, staff had no record of the booking and the scooter we reserved wasn’t available. They eventually produced a replacement, but it belonged to a local, and it was in poor condition — the fuel and speedometer gauges didn’t work and it was clearly not maintained properly.
We rented snorkelling equipment too, which was equally disappointing: the gear was worn out, the flippers were mismatched sizes, and overall poorly maintained.
The room itself was no better — dirty, with visible stains on the bedding, and to make matters worse, the shower didn’t work.
When we raised these issues, the staff were rude and dismissive, even laughing when we brought up our concerns.
This was the definition of “one thing after another” — poorly organised, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing compared to everywhere else we stayed in Bali. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice relaxed boutique hotel atmosphere by the beach. Relaxing hotel restaurant with a sea view. Also a nice diving club at the hotel’s premises and good communication with Bastien, the dive club’s manager/ dive master.

the breakfast surprisingly very good, and the staffs were very friendly.
though the location not right in the middle of Amed, but the resort is very good and we had a pleasant stay.
only one, our bungalow we located at the very far back, and there's a construction right behind us which.
the bathroom were an open space, hence one time the worker were working behind the wall and can see right the shower area, and happen in the morning when my wife were taking shower.

Nice big room, tasty breakfast
Hotel running out of some food and drink from the breakfast menu, the green algae in the swimming pool. The stained covers on the pool chairs.

Hotel is fairly new. Rooms were comfortable with a nice pool. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
A little bit out of town but still very accessible if you rent a scooter or have a vehicle.

Location at the start of Amed is very convenient while also being quiet. Good restaurant, friendly staff, and nice villas

my partner and I loved the staff, privacy, and restaurant. The staff were amazing, and the restaurant Bottega was never disappointing except for the hamburger.
As I and my partner read, it was advertised as beachfront. Maybe my definition of “beachfront” is different. However, it was at least 200 meters away from the beach with a construction site and tall grass separating Emocean from the actual beach.

A great new hotel with a European menu (There are local specialties, too) and the ability to go scuba diving directly from the hotel (they have an instructor and all the equipment)
A little thing I remembered: they came to us with the cleaning we said later
No one came later.
But it wasn't a problem for us

Beautiful small resort in Amed. Very modern and comfortable bungalows just outside of town in a peaceful and quiet area. Amed town is super easy and quick to reach by scooter, just ask the hotel staff and they will organize it for you.
If you are a diver this place is perfect. They have very modern dive facilities and a brilliant dive instructor (Konstantin) who will show you around the best dive sites in Amed and Tulamben (For sure, the Liberty wreck has to be on everyone's bucket list).
Nothing to complain about.

Nice room, nice pool. facilities for divers
Nice hotel but not the best value for money compared to other hotels during our trip in places like nusa Lembongan. No restaurant or bar at the hotel.

The small complex is slightly outside the centre of Amed, very quiet and right next to the beach. The rooms are simple but very nice and spacious with air con and an outdoor bathroom/shower (which was nice). The complex was kept pretty much spotless for the duration of our stay.
The only minor issue was that the kitchen is not finished and so our breakfast had to be ordered the day before and brought in from outside. The breakfast sandwiches themselves were very nice but it was a bit of a rush to get them in time to be able to head out diving.
