The apartment is very nice and comfortable, equipped with so many things and details for cooking, cleaning, washing, entertainment... With one key u have the entrance to the private underground garage parking place from which you go by elevator to the hall where the apartment is. Easy self check-in and out. Very nice and large loggia with a nice view. Few minutes drive to the city centre. We would be glad to come to this apartment again :)

We had a good stay in Graz. The host, Natalia, was very supportive and responsive. The instructions for parking, collecting the key, and finding the apartment were clear and easy to follow, which made check-in smooth.
There was an initial misunderstanding between Natalia and the cleaning lady, so the apartment wasn’t ready when we arrived. However, Natalia handled the situation personally and quickly — she came over herself and made sure everything was cleaned and prepared for us, which we really appreciated.

Sehr sauberes und supergroßes Apartment am Rand von Graz. Großzügig geschnitten und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt alles was man eventuell brauchen könnte, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt (wir waren nur eine Nacht da). Schlüssel bekommt man über ein Fach. Schnelle und nette Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Hier kann man gern ein paar Tage länger bleiben. Restaurants fußläufig. Es hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen!
Parkplatz ist eine Tiefgarage! Unser Auto war leider zu groß (MB Sprinter), aber auf der anderen Seite der Anlage gab es kostenlose Parkplätze draußen.
