Spotless apartment, great location, friendly host

Our host was incredibly friendly and kind. He met us and showed us around the apartment and helped us park in the safe, underground car park. The flat was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and more! We felt very comfortable here and the location was also very convenient to explore the city. The host also gave us some recommendations for our time in Szczecin which we followed and were excellent things to do (a tour of the city and some great restaurant recommendations). I would recommend this place to anyone.

Exceeds the expectations

Super kind host meets you in person to hand you the keys. The place is clean, comfortable. From TV ,sat box, wifi, to bedroom light, the place is well equipped. So many neat details in the apartment, tells you the host has thought of everything. The parking deal was way better than expected. The location is central, but still cozy and silence. When I visit Stettin next time, I will definitely book this apartament again. Exceptional

everything! the Wi-Fi and TV work properly. the bathroom has all you need, shampoo/conditioner even bathrobes, enough toilet paper for all stay. the kitchen is well furnished, also a bottle of good red wine! parking in the same building. you are in the city centre. near supermarkets.

Great apartment in the city center of Szczecin

It is located in the city center of Stettin. The apartment is very modern with 2 rooms and a bathroom. The kitchen was very well equipped. The host was very friendly and gave us many advises what to see in the city.

The bedroom was too bride, the window blinders are too transparent. The key system was confusing us. Both, the door and the garage one. We missed a micro wave.

A perfect place!

Very clean, central, and tidy apartment. The owner is very nice and helpful! He waited for us, explained everything, gave us some tips and even offered us a bottle of wine! We highly recommend this apartment! I would like to underline that the flat was really so CLEEEEEAAAAN like I have never seen! Thank you so much!

Exceptional

Everything is fabulous!!! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable bed and pillows. The owner is very friendly and helpful . 5 minutes walk to the train station and lots of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Quiet area and nice view of a small park from the balcony. I highly recommend it.

Pani Bożenko, dziękujemy serdecznie i jak kiedyś wrócimy, to tylko do Pani:)

Wszystko na wysokim poziomie. Pani Bożenka czekała na nas przed wyjściem i wszystko wyjaśniła. W apartamencie czekała na nas miła niespodzianka: woda, słodycze i butelka czerwonego wina. Łazienka doskonale wyposażona. W kuchni ekspres do kawy ze świeżymi ziarnami, który bardzo nas cieszył każdego ranka. Lokalizacja doskonała na piesze poruszanie się po mieście, blisko dworca, ale z pięknym widokiem na park, przez co za oknami spokojne i zielono.

Alles zentral gelegen und fußläufig erreichbar Cafe gleich um die Ecke und Restaurants auch in der Nähe Tiefgaragenstellplatz und Balkon Auch mit der Bahn sehr gut zu erreichen. Bahnhof gleich in der Nähe. Sehr netter Vermieter mit ausgezeichneten Deutschkenntnissen Es wurde uns alles ausführlich erklärt und wenn man fragen hatte konnte man jederzeit anrufen Gerne wieder

Eine große Matratze und eine grosse Bettdecke für zwei. Wir sind es gewohnt getrennte Matratzen und Bettdecken zu haben. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Jeder hat seine Eigenarten. Das tut der Bewertung keinen Abbruch.

Przy takich apartamentach zawsze czuję niedosyt, że można wystawić tylko max. 10 pkt. Ten obiekt zasługuje na dużo więcej - za sterylną wręcz czystość, fantastyczną lokalizację, darmowe miejsce parkingowe w garażu, nowe super wyposażenie kuchni, łazienki (są nawet szlafroki), miłą dla oka kolorystykę wystroju wnętrz, ciekawe oświetlenie, bardzo duże i wygodne łóżko w sypialni, przyjemnie urządzony balkon z widokiem na platany... A przede wszystkim za bardzo miłe powitanie przez gospodarza, który zapewnił nam nie tylko wodę, coś słodkiego i super świeżą kawę w ekspresie,ale także pyszne wino.... Bardzo nam się podobało, na pewno wrócimy Ps. W apartmencie można znaleźć mnóstwo informacji o wydarzeniach kulturalnych w Szczecinie oraz polecanych miejscach z jedzeniem. Za to też duży plus

De ruimte die het appartement bood, beviel me het meest. En dan de kleine park er tegenover, waardoor je niet direct op een andere gebouw kijkt. Verder ligt het praktisch gelegen, tussen trein/busstation en het centrum.

Eine spitzenmässige Wohnung in bester Lage

Wir wurden von unserem Vermieter sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen alle Informationen zur Wohnung und tolle Tips für die Stadt. Auch gab es ein Willkommensgeschenk in Form einer Flasche Wein und Keksen. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es war auch überall topsauber. Das Bett war bequem, wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Wir können diese Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wer gerne mit interessanten Menschen kommuniziert ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Die Lage ist auch super. Die Stadt kann fussläufig erkundet werden. Es gibt eine rote Route, die auf dem Boden rot markiert ist. Den PKW kann man in der sicheren, aber etwas engen Tiefgarage parken.Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten.

Bozena und Sebastian als Gastgeber möchten wir einfach nochmal hervorheben.

Die Unterkunft und dessen Eigentümer haben unsere Erwartungen absolut übertroffen. Sebastian und Bozena sind sehr vorbildliche Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und in jeder Hinsicht hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es fehlte nichts an Ausstattung. Dazu ist die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen.

Skøn lejlighed i centrum

Super skøn lejlighed, hvor vi blev taget godt imod af Sebastian, der var sat vand og vin frem til os, så vi følte os meget velkomne. Køkkenet var meget veludstyret, og der var meget rent overalt. Et stort plus at der var gratis parkering i parkeringskælderen. Vil absolut anbefale lejligheden

Unglaublich angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer wunderbaren Stadtwohnung

Die Wohnung war modern, zweckmäßig und sehr großzügig eingerichtet. An alles und noch viel mehr wurde gedacht. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Sebastian als Gastgeber erwartete uns persönlich und wir durften eher als üblich einchecken. Er gab uns viele sehr hilfreiche Hinweise und Informationen zum Besuch der Stadt und für Restaurants und Events. Stets war er erreichbar und verabschiedete uns auch persönlich. Die Wohnung atmet den guten Geist und Stil von Sebastian und seiner Frau Bozena. Wasser und eine Flasche Wein begrüßten uns beim Empfang. Wir haben selten so gastfreundliche und liebevolle Gastgeber erlebt in einer phantastischen Wohnung in ruhiger, trotz zentraler Lage. Das Auto war in der Tiefgarage sicher geparkt. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Alles war wirklich perfekt. Es hat an nichts gemangelt.
