Beautiful apartment, new, clean and tidy.

Everything inside new, very well organised you can cook in the kitchen, there is mineral water, shampoo for bathroom, bed sheets clean, basically everything you need is there. The apartment is very central and close to everything, supermarket, restaurants, buses, train station. Is perfect 😍

About property there is nothing which I didn’t liked. Being central there is also big traffic which is not very noisy but the police, ambulances and firefighters they at any hour have the sirens loud even if there is nobody on the street in the night late. May be a problem for who want quiet city but the apartment is very quiet apart the sirens. Definitely recommend the place.

One room apartment in the city center close to main train station . Easy access with code so can arrive at any time without trouble. Very clean and equipped .

The building is really a bad one, until you get into the apartment the building stinks, insecure, dark etc. Not good for the value

Excellent location and very good equipped apartment. Non problematic communication with the owner, we arrived late at night and it wasn't a problem, I would come back.

There was some major building work nearby and I wasn't informed before making the reservation which is a little unfair. It was very loud from 7 o'clock morning and i couldn't live the window open for to long because of the dust and noise.

Exceptional

Great location, right next to the city center, the landlord was very polite and kind. There was some event in the city and we could find no taxi available, so she offered to drive us to the location where we needed to be. Anything you need, she calls back right away! The apartment was clean and comfortable, simply and beautifully decorated.

The access corridor looks strange but it's ok.

Wyposażenie mieszkania, czystość, wygodne łóżko, lokalizacja w samym centrum Szczecina w bliskiej odległości od dworca, fajne parki, komunikacja miejska i Lidl zaraz obok. No i warto wspomnieć, że zaraz obok jest sławny na całą Polskę Pasztecik. :)

Przydałby się wiatrak, rolety zaciemniające i oddałbym wszystko za wygodniejsze krzesła oraz stół/biurko. :)

Klatka schodowa jest w trakcie gruntownego remontu, nie była czysta / po prostu budowa. Coś jest nie tak z kanalizacją w łazience, bo ją trochę było czuć. Poza tym pokój jest OK.
