At your entrance, a bright living room with a 120-bed sofa and a TV welcomes you, offering a panoramic view to the pool, with direct access to the terrace. The dining room, also oriented to the north, allows you to fully enjoy the view while enjoying your meals. A hallway serves a bathroom equipped with a washing machine, independent toilets, and a separate kitchen with a dining area. The room, facing south, is furnished with a bed in 160 by 200 for peaceful nights. The large terrace of about 20 m2 offers a relaxation area facing the beach and the sea, equipped with furniture for unforgettable outdoor moments. A nominal parking space with secure access (bip or code) is available. This very nice apartment is well equipped, especially with Internet/WIFI, offering an exceptional location to fully enjoy the marine environment. Access to the beach is directly at the bottom of the villa, and shops (blangery, tobacco office, grocery store, etc.) are only 700 metres away. Animals are not allowed. The white linen is not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (code: holidays33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership).
