In Arcachon, on Pereire beach, this one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (no elevator) of a magnificent beachfront villa offers breathtaking views of the bay, with direct beach access.
Upon entering, a bright living room with a 120cm sofa bed and a television welcomes you, offering panoramic views of the bay, with direct access to the terrace. The dining room, also north-facing, allows you to fully enjoy the view while dining. A hallway leads to a shower room equipped with a washing machine, a separate toilet, and a separate kitchen with a dining area. The south-facing bedroom is furnished with a 160x200cm bed for peaceful nights. The large terrace of approximately 20m² offers a relaxing space facing the beach and the sea, furnished for unforgettable moments outdoors. A designated parking space with secure access (remote or code) is available. This very pleasant apartment is well-equipped, notably with internet/Wi-Fi, offering an exceptional location to fully enjoy the seaside environment. Beach access is directly below the villa, and shops (bakery, tobacconist, grocery store, etc.) are just 700 meters away. Pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership).
