A charming 45 m² one-bedroom flat for 4 people, with a side view of the bay and direct access to the beach.
The flat comprises an entrance hall with a cupboard and wardrobe. The bright and cosy living room is equipped with a new sofa bed that converts quickly into a 140 cm bed, a television, and a dining table with four chairs. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen has everything you need: a countertop fridge, a 4-ring ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a kettle and a traditional coffee maker.
The bedroom is furnished with two 90 cm beds (which can be joined to form a 180 cm bed), bedside tables, a large cupboard with a wardrobe, and offers direct access to the balcony. The marble bathroom includes a washbasin, a mirror, a hairdryer and a bathtub. The toilet is separate and has a washbasin.
The spacious west-facing balcony is fitted with an awning and garden furniture comprising a table and four chairs, offering the perfect setting to enjoy moments of relaxation in complete tranquillity, lulled by the sound of the waves.
