L'accueil chaleureux de Bruno à notre arrivée, ses très bon conseils et sa disponibilité mais aussi le professionnalisme d'Anais à notre départ. Le service rendu suite à mon oubli personnel dans l'appartement mérite d'être souligné.Nous avons aussi apprécié la vue, et la situation du Logement. La facilité pour le parking est un énorme plus. Il faut aussi mentionner la propreté irréprochable de l'appartement. Encore Merci!

Prompt and courteous handover, easy communication via WhatsApp, key pickup and dropoff directly onsite without any hassle. The view from the apartment was just splendid and the facilities well-tailored to a quiet and comfortable vacation. Very comfortable beds and clean bathroom facilities with 2 separate showers. Beach right infront of the house without need to cross a street.

Access to the location is easy by car but we came by public transportation and rented bikes later on as in and around Arcachon bike access is easy and even facilitated. However, arriving at the train station, no Taxis were available which is not uncommon in Arcachon and we had to walk with the heavy luggage through hot Arcachon for 2 kilometers. Not the problem of the owner of the apartment, but a warning for those who plan to arrive at little CO2 cost. Call a taxi ahead of the time so that you arrive more comfortably. Grocery shopping needs some means of transportation - a bike will do.

Location with access to the beach

it was really good. would really have liked the use of a sun umbrella and a couple of beach chairs. a few more dishwasher tablets would have been generous and an extra black bin bag.

Location was amazing, right on the beach

There was no hand soap which was strange. The owner showed up early when we were checking out and we were still packing. There was a language barrier so she kind of stood there which was a bit awkward. Also I asked about coffee prior to check in because we wanted to make sure it was there or we would have brought some. There were 3 nespresso cups for 4 people and that was frustrating (coffee is very important which is why we checked ahead of time!). Other than these minor issues, the place is great, fabulously located and overall a great experience.
