Rafaella Beach Villa- Pvt Pool-Near Sea/Beach

Great location – the property is situated among other villas and undeveloped plots, yet very close to a beach that is practically deserted. The grounds around the villa are spacious and well-kept, and the neighbors are barely audible. The house is large and clean, and features a good-sized swimming pool. The balcony offers a sea view and the sound of the waves. Several restaurants are within a short walk. We were practically alone on the nearby beaches.

We were not informed in advance about the schedule for pool cleaning, garden maintenance, towel changes, etc.; however, one day the pool and garden staff asked if they could enter the property while we were there, and we agreed. The kitchen could use a larger supply of cutlery.

The location was fabulous and the size of garden, pool and outside area was great. The house and rooms are a good size and we never felt on top of each other.

Whilst the kitchen had a number of useful hand electric appliances, there were very few wine glasses and all glasses were a bit of a mish-mash. It would have been sensible to have good quality plastic glasses for use around the pool. The pool table has seen better days.

Peaceful, tranquil location. Very close to the sea and could hear the waves, very restful. Good selection of bars and restaurants.

Definitely need a car to get to local shops, bars and restaurants. Otherwise, nothing else to dislike.

No wifi. No garbage bin near. Alarm going off few times in the middle of the night. Not ready at check in time. Cleaning still in progress.
