This peaceful, home from home, villa with private pool is located near to the sea, only 50 meters away, in an unspoiled and most beautiful part of Cyprus.
The sea, just in front to the house, offers several small wonderful bays where you can swim or seat to relax enjoying the crystal clear Med waters and at the same the panoramic views of the area.
You can explore many secluded sandy beaches in short drive (3-10min), discover the scenery of the region with the unforgettable stunning sunsets or visit the beautiful nearby villages along the sea.
The private pool blending with the serene atmosphere of the area and the short proximity to the sea, make the villa a special place for enjoyable and relaxing holiday in peace and quiet.
In walking distance from the villa there is a coffee shop (100m), a kebab/grill house (200m), a fish tavern (500m) and a supermarket (1km). The small harbour of Pomos Village (500m away from the villa) is the central focal point of local life with fishing boats laden with nets and the catch of the day. On the top of the harbor - boasting exceptional sea and mountain views - is the fish Tavern called Kanali which is renowned for excellent fresh fish dishes. A bus stop found 50m from the villa.
The beach around the harbour and the exceptional surroundings give you the opportunity to spend hours in nature, enjoying the sea, eat or have a drink, in peace and quiet.
The detached spacious villa arranged in 3 levels and provides all the necessary facilities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, air condition in bedrooms and lounge/kitchen, gates in the stair case for addional safe of children, WIFI, BBQ and a billiard in the pool area.
Bedrooms: the villa has 5 bedrooms - two doubles, (on the upper floor/ensuite and lower floor) and three twins, (on the ground floor 1 and on the upper floor 2). There are 4 bathrooms (on the ground floor 1, on the upper floor 2 out of which 1 en-suite and on the lower floor 1). Two extra beds/Z-beds and or cots can be provided on request.

Pure, comfortable, beautiful! Got a true pleasure from relaxation. A place for those who wish silence and beauty. The uninhabited beach (in May) is pure water, quite incomprehensibly delicious cafe is not far away - all that is needed for a relaxing holiday.

This property is in Pomos, a quiet village with a fishing harbour. The property was clean and well maintained, and when we did have a problem with the pool the owner replied to the email we sent raising the issue in less the 15 minutes, and very quickly resolved the issue - we couldn't have asked for a better response.
The property is ideal for families / friends that want to holiday together but also has enough room that you will not under each other's feet.
The pool table is a bonus, but at the time of our holiday it was not level.
For those that want to eat out, there are 4 restaurants within very close proximity - all walking distance and very good - even my parents in the 70s walked to them okay.
The local residents and business owners were all extremely friendly and helpful - one local resident even passed my father a cool beer as he walked passed his home! Lovely people.
Buses are infrequent, so you may want to consider car hire. We hired a car from a local firm in Polis for 25 euro per day - I would do this again without hesitation.
Beaches are pebble, so I would recommend beach shoes you can wear in the sea. The beach nearest the fish tavern at the harbour also has a beach bar.
Overall, the property affords a leisurely holiday in a tranquil part of Cyprus, and I would certainly recommend a stay here if you plan on relaxing, but you will need to travel if you want bigger shops or tourist areas.

Das Haus hat zu wenig Geschirr und Töpfe.
Angemeldete Reparaturen werden nicht Zeitnah erledigt.
Das Objekt wird unter unterschiedlichen Namen angezeigt. Choral Sun, Villa Serena,Gateway.
Ansonsten eine schönes Haus abseits vom Trubel.
Wir waren zu 10. Und haben eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht.
