The bed was super comfortable. They had smart TV, we could watch Netflix. The staff was friendly and helpful (we couldn't start the hot water and they immediately sent someone over (at 11pm).
The second AC was not working (the one from the kitchen). It was cold (January) and we needed that second AC for heating up the kitchen and the bathroom, but it was ok overall.

New, very well furnished, spacious and comfortable rooms. Very central location.
As there was a Christmas market right in front of the property, it was difficult to find parking and the noise was late into the night. Hot water in the shower was somewhat tricky to regulate.

Very centrally located in Polis with restaurants and markets very close by. Marcella was very helpful!
Apartment could use a handyman to fix the sliding glass door and the curtains.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Before arrival, we were confirmed for Room 2. When we got there, the reception was empty, and the room was dirty with used sheets and towels. We tried repeatedly to contact staff, but received no response. After nearly two weeks, the situation remains unresolved. We cannot recommend this hotel.
