The two-storey villa features an open plan living-/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. It can accommodate six persons. The upper floor offers the master bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed and en suite bathroom (bath tub and shower device, wash basin and toilet), and two more bedrooms each with two 90 x 200 cm single beds (can be pushed together to make a double bed). There's a separate shower room with a toilet, and a large balcony. The lower floor has an open plan kitchen with access to the outside terrace with your private swimming pool and barbecue. There is a separate dining area and sunken lounge with a traditional fireplace, opening onto the terrace and pool. TV and CD player are also included. Kitchen facilities include a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, cooker, oven, freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board. The guest toilet offers additional comfort. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms is available at no extra cost during the months of May-October. Air-conditioning for heating during the winter months is optional and can be paid locally. Free wifi internet is available throughout the property. Baby cots, high chairs and roll-away beds are available on request.
