This is a Beach Front impressive villa with a large private pool and gardens, located in an un-spoilt coastline of Polis. The stylish villa has direct access to the sandy beach in only 30 meters away.
The villa guarantees ultimate relaxation in comfort and absolute privacy, while boasts fantastic sea views of the beautiful surrounding from all the vantage points throughout.
FOR LARGER GROUPS: Next to his there is another one 4 bedroom villa
From the villa you can enjoy pleasant walks along the un-spoilt long beach (aprx.4km) and have a meal or drink to the sea-front taverns/pubs found along the coast line. In short drive you can go to all amenities in Argaka, Polis and Latchi.
The fabulous villa is furnished and equipped to high standard and offers all the necessary facilities for enjoyable and relaxing holiday, including 42" flat screen TV, DVD and CD player, wifi and air conditioning in all areas of the villa,
The prices include the air con in the bedrooms. Optional extra air con in the sitting area EURO 10 per night/payable locally in cash.
Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twins) all with en-suite bathroom/shower room facilities. The bedrooms situated on the four corners of the villa giving maximum independence from each other. All have unobstructed fantastic sea views Air con in the 4 bedrooms is included in the rental cost. Extra air con the sitting area EURO 10 per night payable locally.
-Ground floor : Double bedroom fully fitted with en-suite shower-room with TV. Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
-Upper floor : Double bedroom fully fitted with en-suite shower-room with TV, having access to terrace with panoramic sea view. Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace. On this floor there is a kitchenette with the washing machine and ironing facilities
Outside: gardens, covered veranda, private swimming pool with walk-in steps, pool shower, BBQ. covered/uncovered furnished terrace, private parking (3-4 cars).
Distances: The villa is situated just opposite to the sea! – 30 meters from a lovely sandy beach!
The nearest restaurant is less than 1KM away, with additional restaurants/ taverns /pubs / kiosks / bakeries nearby. Mini markets and supermarkets 1-2KM from the villa along the coastal road. Argaka village and Agia Marina village are in 3-4min drive.
Polis town 8 KM. In Polis there is a variety of amenities cafes, restaurants, taverns, supermarkets, water sports, etc.
A little further, along the coast from Polis is the seaside resort of Latchi with its marina and sea front taverns which serve fresh fish daily. Beyond Latchi is the well known ‘Baths of Aphrodite’ and Akamas peninsula for nature lovers. (coastline can also be enjoyed by boat with daily excursions available from the marina).
Paphos town and Kato Paphos tourist area with the Castle 45min drive. Paphos airport 45min drive, Larnaka airport 2hours drive.
For larger parties there is another one high quality sea front 4 bedroom villa, in only 50 meters away.
The Villas are ideal for Wedding Accommodation. A refundable security deposit of 500 Euros is required to be paid upon arrival to the villa.

Summary of reviewsPerfect location near Pafos and Akamas with a great terrace and spacious rooms. Right by the beach, though it's more of a pebble beach than sandy.

Ob nach Pafos oder auf Akamas, die Villa liegt perfekt. Auch wirklich direkt am Strand, allerdings eher ein Kiesstrand als Sand, Sand etwa 800 Meter Richtung Akamas. Tolle Terrasse, überall Beschattung, Zimmer großzügig. Wir kommen wieder!
